What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you fill out an entry form. When entering a tournament or event you will be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, telephone number, home golf club, age, GHIN number and handicap index.
What do we use your information for?
The information we collect from you is used for the express purpose of organizing the golf tournament or event for which you are entering. Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent.
How do we protect your information?
All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
Do we use cookies?
We do not use cookies.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. We may release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety.

Refund Policy
Any refunds issued for NVGA Championships and/or Tournaments will be given on the following basis:
(1) If a participant withdraws on or before the entry deadline date on the event entry form, a full refund will be given;
(2) If a participant withdraws after the entry deadline date but before the cutoff date to provide final participant numbers to the venue club, refunds will be given at the discretion of the tournament/event Chairman;
(3) If a participant withdraws after final participant numbers have been provided to the venue club, no refunds will be given.

By entering NVGA tournaments/events you agree to the following:
I agree that there are certain risks inherent in the game of golf and accept personal and sole liability for all such risks, including, but not limited to any health-related risks.
I agree that this entry is subject to rejection at any time (including during the Championship) by the committee. The reason for rejection may include unbecoming conduct.
I certify that I qualify for this event according to the provisions above and agree with the statements above.
I agree that the responsibility for ensuring this application is received by the NVGA by no later than the tournament deadline is mine alone. I agree that the risk of delay or error in transmission lies solely with me and that the NVGA has no liability with respect to any such delay or error and the consequences therefrom, including rejection of entry.
