The 2019 Dave King Senior Legends Invitational tournament at
Evergreen Country Club was conducted 29 through 31 July, 2019.
Keith Decker of Martinsville, VA won the Senior Division (age 55+) with a 4-under par total of 212. Other
top finishers in the senior division included Dave Prokop of Haymarket, VA at 218, Al Bello of Valdosta,
VA at 218, Ron Clatterbuck of Haymarket, VA at 220 and Jon Zampedro of Centreville, VA at 221.
John Armstrong of Frostburg, MD won the Super Senior Division (age 65+) with a 6-under par total of
210. Other top finishers in the super senior division included Tim Vigotsky of Centreville, VA at 216,
Steve Balavage of Annandale, VA at 224, Jim Castagna of Sandy Spring, MD at 224 and John Hoffman of
Fairfax, VA at 225.
The Legends Division (age 70+) was won by George Washburn of Frederick, MD with a total of 214.
Other top finishers in the Legends Division included Bob Albus of Kiawah Island, SC at 216, Gary Shimmin
of Okatie, SC at 219, Richard Landon of Olathe, KS at 221, and John Casstevens of Glen Allen, VA at 223.
The Super Legends Division (age 75+) was won by Peter Jacobi of Arlington, VA with a 7-under par total
of 209. Other top finishers in the Super Legends Division included Jack Vardaman of Washington, DC at
215, George Owens of Virginia Beach, VA at 221, Mills Rendell of Winnetka, IL at 223, and Harry Cain of
Boynton Beach, FL at 224.
