There will be no rules officials available on the course, so you will need to resolve any issues within your group. You should review Rule 20.1 in its entirety – the notice to competitors has a partial extract about revolving rules questions by the competitors. Of note, playing two balls in the event of a rules question is not an option in match play (only applies in stroke play).
Also note the section on pace of play – in particular, note the penalties that will be applied if your group is put on the clock. It is the same policy as used by the VSGA except modified for a 3rd warning as loss of hole instead of a 2-stroke penalty.
