Congratulations to Blair Semple and Peter Hill of Trump National GC for winning the 2022 Northern Virginia Senior 4-ball on 12 July at the Trump National Golf Club Washington, D.C. with a score of 2-under par 70.
The course was in excellent condition but played long and quite difficult in the windy conditions.
In the Senior Division Dean Griffith (Blue Ridge Shadows) and Bill Apple (Lansdowne) finished 2nd at even par, brothers Bob and Jeff Feinstein (River Bend) finished 3rd, David Sharpe and Peter Licklider (Blue Ridge Shadows) finished 4th, and Greg Kozy and Rob Keith (Chantilly National) finished 5th.
In the Super-Senior Division Chris Coyer (Chantilly National) and John Steele (Westwood) won in a scorecard playoff with Doug Banks and George Kapetanakis (Trump National) with both teams tied at 1-under par 71.
In the Legends Division Lynn Wessman and Nelson Smith (Army Navy) won with a score of 4-over par 76.
