The 2026 NVGA competition schedule is now set — save the dates and mark your calendars!
June 8-9 — NVGA Match Play tournament at The Piedmont Club. We hope to have a field of at least 16 Amateurs, 16 Seniors, 16 Super-Seniors and 8 Legends. We can accommodate additional players in increments of 8 (half brackets) once we fill the planned brackets. When the planned brackets are filled, we will start a wait list and add additional brackets when we get at least 8 players signed up. Any players that we cannot include due to not having at least a half-bracket will receive a full refund of their entry fee.
August 4 — NVGA Combined Amateur 4-ball / Senior 4-ball at the River Creek Club. This event will include divisions for Amateurs (age 49 and under), Seniors (age 50+), Super-Seniors (age 65+), and Legends (age 70+). This is a one-day 18-hole event.
September 21-22 — NVGA Combined Amateur Championship / Senior Amateur Championship at Washington Golf & Country Club. This event will include divisions for Amateurs (age 49 and under), Seniors (age 50+), Super-Seniors (age 65+), and Legends (age 70+). This is a 36-hole 2-day stroke play tournament and is a VSGA Tier 3 rankings point event for the Amateur, Senior and Super-Senior divisions.
